Tornado at Welshpool
60163 Tornado was the first steam loco to traverse the Cambrian in neaerly 15 years. It was recently fitted with ETCS and was doing tests in the night. The tests were successful and it transitioned first time. It was supposed to run to Newtown but due to it running late, the crew decided to ditch running to Newtown.
